Good Shepherd Centenary School (following ICSE syllabus) -
Admission Guidelines for 2027-28
Eligibility
- Admissions for Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, and Std. I–VIII at Good Shepherd Centenary School are open for both girls and boys.
- To apply for PRE-KG, LKG, UKG and Std. I admissions, the child must fulfil the minimum age requirement.
| 1 | PRE-KG | 3 years complete by May 31st, 2027 |
| 2 | LKG | 4 years complete by May 31st, 2027 |
| 3 | UKG | 5 years complete by May 31st, 2027. |
| 4 | STD I | 6 years complete by May 31st, 2027. |
| 5 | STD 2 & above | Based on promotion from previous class provided age criteria is met. |
Issue of Application
- The application form will be available on the website (https://gsicse.goodshepherdschools.org) for Rs. 800/- from October 2, 2026.

Submission of Application
Complete the application form online and submit it along with the required details/documents through the website.
Admission Process
- Interaction with the Parents and Candidate
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an Interview with the Admission Committee; the date and time will be intimated via email
- Enrolment / Payment of fees for candidates granted provisional admission
Please bring the following documents for the Interaction Session:
- Copy of Birth Certificate of Candidate
- Copy of Address proof
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Candidate
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Father
- Copy of Aadhar Card of Mother
- Copy of Community Certificate (If applicable)
- Passport photo of child
- Copy of Salary Slip / ITR copy of both parents
- Proof of payment towards Application form
- Baptism certificate (if applicable)
- Copy of Report Card for the current year (for Grade 1 / Grade 2 / Grade 3 / Grade 4 / Grade 5 / Grade 6 / Grade 7)
Admission Confirmation
If the candidate is granted provisional admission, you will be required to make the fee payment to complete the enrolment process at the School Office.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refund of fees will be entertained once the student's admission process is completed. This applies regardless of whether the student is withdrawn by the parent during the academic year, or for any other reason.
