Good Shepherd Centenary School (following ICSE syllabus) -
Admission guidelines for 2026-27

Eligibility minus
  • Admissions for Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, and Std. I–VIII at Good Shepherd Centenary School are open for both girls and boys.
  • To apply for PRE-KG, LKG, UKG and Std. I admissions, the child must fulfil the minimum age requirement.
1 PRE-KG 2.5 years completed by 31 Dec 2025
2 LKG 3.5 years completed by 31 Dec 2025
3 UKG 4.5 years completed by 31 Dec 2025
4 STD I 5.5 Years completed by 31 Dec 2025

  • For admission into other classes, the same age criteria will be followed.
Issue of application minus
  • Apply online from Oct 2nd, 2025 to Oct 15th, 2025
  • Application form will be available on the website (www.goodshepherdschools.org) at a cost of Rs.700/-
Interview process minus

If the candidate qualifies the required criteria for admission, the date and time of the Interview with the Admission Committee will be intimated via email.

Please bring the following documents if you are invited for an interaction/interview:

  • Copy of Birth Certificate with the name of child mentioned
  • Copy of Address proof
  • Copy of Aadhaar card / Acknowledgement copy of Aadhaar card application of candidate
  • Copy of Community Certificate (If Applicable)
  • Copy of Salary Slip / ITR copy of both parents
  • Proof of payment towards Application form
  • Passport Size Photo
  • Baptism certificate (if applicable)
  • Copy of father’s and mother’s Aadhaar card
  • OCI certificate for children born overseas
  • Statement of marks / Report Card for the current year (for UKG / Grade 1 / Grade 2 / Grade 3 / Grade 4 / Grade 5 / Grade 6 / Grade 7)
Admission process minus

If the candidate is granted provisional admission for LKG, UKG and STD I - VIII, you will be required to make the fee payment to complete the enrolment process at the School Office.

Refund and cancellation policy minus

Good Shepherd Convent reserves the right to cancel the admission / registration of the student during any period of the academic session. Once the student admission process is completed, no refund of fees to the student would be entertained.

If the parent chooses to withdraw the admission of the student from the school for any reason whatsoever, no refund of the amount paid would be given back.

If for any reason, the parent / student has paid in excess of the required amount at any time during the academic session either by credit/debit card, Electronic Fund Transfer or cash, the excess fee amount collected would be adjusted against the ensuing term payments.
