I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on my journey at Good Shepherd School. For 25 incredible years, I’ve had the privilege of shaping young lives as a KG teacher. Our school, shepherded by the compassionate and dedicated Sisters of the Good Shepherd, has been a beacon of excellence for 100 years, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of countless students.
The Sisters’ unwavering commitment to education and service is truly inspiring. Their zeal to reach out to the least and lost, and to empower the marginalized, shows their selfless love and care.
As I step into the campus, I’m enveloped in a sense of safety and warmth. The Good Shepherd School is more than just an institution – it’s a family that welcomes everyone with open arms. Our motto, ‘Do well all that you do,’ guides us to strive for excellence in all aspects of life.
Here, children don’t just learn academics; they develop holistically, blossoming into confident, compassionate, and creative individuals. Our curriculum is designed to nurture their physical, emotional, and spiritual growth, helping them become well-rounded and responsible citizens.
I’m grateful to be part of this community, where love, care, and education come together to empower future leaders. I’m proud to be a part of the Good Shepherd family, and I look forward to continuing this legacy of excellence and service.”
“Teaching blossoms in mutual gratitude. I feel deeply honoured to be part of this remarkable milestone – 100 years of guiding young hearts and shaping bright minds. For a whole century, Good Shepherd School has stood strong like its name – a place where every child is cared for, protected, and guided with love and faith. I feel proud to carry forward this legacy in my classroom every single day.
This centenary reminds me that we, as teachers, are part of something bigger than ourselves – a family of educators who have passed on values of compassion, discipline, and hope from generation to generation.
As we celebrate 100 years, I thank Good Shepherd School for giving me a place where teaching is not just a job, but a mission – to be patient when they stumble, to cheer when they shine, and to guide them gently towards their dreams.
May the next hundred years be even brighter. May every child who walks through these gates feel safe, loved, and inspired to grow into a good shepherd in their own way – caring for others and carrying forward the light of this great institution.
